Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid are equipped with a logo adhesive area.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformable sealing. Unless due to force majeure, we will provide a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, and offer free replacement of gaskets or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other specialized materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
