Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo stickers.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box during normal use, during which we will provide free replacement of gaskets or other accessories such as tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
