2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting damage.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please avoid exposing the equipment case to direct sunlight or any location that generates excessive heat to prevent the internal temperature from rising too high.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted sealing. Unless due to force majeure, we will provide warranty for the boxes within 12 months of normal use, offering free replacements for seals or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity applies.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly indicate them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
