2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from sharp objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified as requested, including making holes, adding or altering PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
