2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting damage.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use, covering free replacement of gaskets or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other specialized materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity applies.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. For special requirements, please call to inquire prior to placing an order and specify in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements of our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
