2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting them with a knife.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cutting sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any location where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates excessive heat to avoid excessive temperatures inside the box.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformable seals. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection ratings; however, we do not provide certificates for related protection or explosion-proof ratings.

5. Please call to inquire for special requirements before placing an order and detail them clearly on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation when placing an order.
