Terms of Use:

The bottom of the box and the area above the lid are designed with a logo sticker space.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During the high temperature and humidity seasons, to avoid excessive internal temperature, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or hot areas.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo strict inspection and testing before shipment to ensure they are airtight and will not deform. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal usage, providing free replacements for seals or other parts like clamps. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection levels; however, we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire for any special requirements prior to placing an order and note them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
