Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid are equipped with a LOGO adhesive area.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing them with pointed objects or cutting them with knives.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut foam with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much foam is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or hot areas to avoid excessive internal temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure absolute airtightness and non-distortion. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of gaskets or other essential parts. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification charges apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order when placing an order.
