Three-chamber anaerobic reactor

Product Description

Three-chamber anaerobic reactor shell is internally divided by baffles into the first chamber, the second chamber, and the third chamber. Each chamber is equipped with biological media and an inlet. The baffle between the first and second chambers has a connecting first conduit, and the baffle between the second and third chambers has a connecting second conduit. The first chamber contains a flow guide tube, with an open top and several through-holes evenly distributed along its lower section. The biological media is set around the outer circumference of the flow guide tube. The three-chamber anaerobic reactor is an efficient and environmentally friendly wastewater treatment equipment, used in the wastewater treatment of industries such as chemicals and food processing. The equipment is made of fiberglass, offering corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and features such as light weight, easy installation, and ease of maintenance.

Operating Principle

The three-tank anaerobic reactor consists of three separate reaction tanks: the anaerobic biofilm reactor, the packed bed reactor, and the high-efficiency sedimentation tank. Each tank has its unique function and role, collectively completing the anaerobic reaction process.

Anaerobic biofilm reactor is a vital component of the equipment, primarily serving for biofilm formation and anaerobic digestion. Within this reactor, organic matter in wastewater is decomposed into biogas and water under the action of anaerobic bacteria. Simultaneously, the anaerobic bacteria form a biological film on the surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic, accelerating the decomposition of organic matter in the wastewater.

The purpose of the filling reaction tank is to further decompose organic matter in wastewater and enhance the settling performance of sludge. In this reaction tank, the filling material serves to increase the retention time of wastewater, while also expanding the contact area between wastewater and sludge, thereby accelerating the decomposition of organic matter in the wastewater.

The role of the efficient sedimentation tank is to separate solid and liquid. In this reaction tank, through efficient sedimentation, the suspended solids and sediments in the wastewater are separated, further purifying the water quality.

The use of the three-tank anaerobic reactor for wastewater treatment offers multiple advantages. The equipment efficiently processes organic matter in wastewater, purifying the water quality; secondly, it operates with low running costs, effectively reducing wastewater treatment expenses; and it has a compact size, occupying minimal space, making it suitable for use in environments with limited space.
