(1) The logistics process for LCL (Less Than Truckload) freight transportation from Ningbo to Qingdao, involving the application for LCL transportation, is completed by the shipper filling out the "Motor Vehicle LCL Freight Transportation Bill of Lading." The handwriting on the bill must be clear.

Shippers who opt to voluntarily insure their cargo with auto transportation insurance and value-added transportation should note this on the shipping document.

Shipment notes specified by the shipper become effective upon the carrier's approval and the signing of the seal by both parties.

(4) No dangerous, prohibited, restricted, or valuable items should be included in the general LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments.

(6) During shipment, the shipper should affix a uniform label with the transport number to both ends of each piece of cargo. For goods requiring special handling, stacking, or storage, a storage and transport instruction sign should be clearly attached to the cargo, and a note of this should be made in the " Matters " section of the shipping document.
