    The thermal conversion efficiency of the electromagnetic boiler reaches 98%, approximately 30% more energy-efficient than similar heating equipment, with a longer service life. The principle of electromagnetic induction heating is that the alternating current produced by the induction heating power supply passes through the inductor (i.e., the coil) to generate an alternating magnetic field. Magnetic conductive objects placed within this field cut through the alternating magnetic lines of force, thereby generating alternating currents (eddy currents) within the object. These eddy currents cause the atoms within the object to move rapidly and randomly, colliding and frictioning with each other to produce heat energy, thereby achieving the effect of heating items.

    This heating method involves converting electrical energy into magnetic energy, causing the heated steel to感应 magnetic energy and generate heat. High-power electromagnetic devices are more efficient than standard high-power PTC semiconductor heaters, as the latter tend to operate at higher water temperatures than typical household water during off-peak hours, and due to their extended operation time, the temperature of the PTC semiconductor heater's core increases significantly, leading to a slight decrease in operating power.

    Some PTC semiconductor heater manufacturers install water-cooling jackets around the heating core, effectively adding water-cooled heat dissipation to the heating core. The heat dissipated is then used to heat the water, thus controlling the temperature of the heating core. This allows for long-term operation without power loss, with efficiency comparable to electromagnetic equipment.
