Steam boilers are integrated mechanical and electrical equipment, consisting of the boiler body, burner, electrical control cabinet, feed pump, and pipeline valves and instruments. The unit is equipped with a European original imported burner, and the boiler body adopts a mature horizontal internal combustion three-pass wet-back structure. Fuel (oil/gas) is atomized and sprayed out at high speed from the burner and burned at a slight positive pressure inside the furnace drum. After combustion, the high-temperature flue gas is radiated and heat-exchanged inside the furnace, then redirected into the second pass flue pipe to the front smoke box, and then turns 180 degrees into the third pass flue pipe. It passes through the rear smoke box, condenser, and is finally discharged into the chimney and into the atmosphere.

In the arrangement of the convective heat exchange section of the flue pipes, we have abandoned the traditional "equal flow rate" design concept of two or three return circuits and adopted a new "equal resistance" design approach for the convective heat exchange surface. In the design of the furnace body, we have broken through the traditional method of determining the furnace body diameter based on the flame diameter and have adopted a large corrugated furnace body structure, significantly increasing the radiant heat transfer area and reducing NOX emissions. The threaded flue pipe technology is applied in the convective heat exchange tube section, achieving a boiler efficiency of over 96.2%, greatly enhancing efficiency. The smoke box uses a double-sealed small smoke chamber structure, eliminating smoke leakage and facilitating user maintenance. Insulation is achieved with silica aerogel fiber blanket, providing excellent thermal insulation. Due to our extensive work in combustion and heat transfer, and the adoption of new structures and technologies, this product has been significantly reduced in size, minimizing space requirements in the machine room and reducing weight.
