Introduce the structure and principle of automatic induction door

There are many types of automatic sensor doors. Here, we take the sliding-type sensor automatic door mechanism as an example and introduce the components of an automatic sensor door mechanism from a KFC door manufacturer.
(1) Master Controller: Serving as the command center for automatic doors, it issues commands through large-scale integrated blocks programmed with instruction codes, controlling motors or electrical lock systems. Additionally, the master controller allows for adjustments of parameters such as door opening speed and range.
(2) Inductive Detectors: Mainly divided into two types: microwave detectors and infrared detectors. They are responsible for collecting external signals, acting like human eyes. When a moving object enters their working range, they send a pulse signal to the main controller.
(3) Power Motor: Supplies the active force for opening and closing the door, controlling the acceleration and deceleration of the door panel operation.
(4) Door Sliding Track: Similar to the tracks of a train, it constrains the door's hoisting wheel system, ensuring it moves in a specific direction.
(5) Door Panel Hoisting Wheel System: Designed for hoisting movable door panels and facilitating their movement under power traction.
(S6) Synchronous Belt (some manufacturers use V-belt): Used for transmitting power generated by the motor, to drive the door leaf hoist wheel system.
The Lower Guidance System: A guiding and positioning device located at the bottom of the door leaf, designed to prevent the door leaf from swaying front and back during operation.
(8) Automatic sliding doors are equipped with an automatic door operator, which is a collective term for a series of components that control the opening and closing of the automatic door.
Also known as an Automatic Door Drive or Inductive Door Drive; the components of an inductive door drive typically include: motor, controller, hoist wheel, belt, and guide rail.
