Operation and Commissioning Process of the Solubilized Air Flotation Machine [Huamai Environmental Protection]

Step One

Thoroughly clean all equipment and pipelines, ensuring no foreign objects are left behind. Check for loose connections and lubricate moving parts as necessary.

Step Two

Inspect power circuits, operate under no-load conditions for a short period, determine if the pump and compressor rotate correctly, check for any noises or overheating. After injecting clear water, verify the correct operation of the mixer. Check the float scum collector, observe the direction of rotation, look for collisions and instability, or remove them promptly. 

Step Three

Power on the dissolved air flotation machine, adjust to the required concentration, stir until the solution concentration is uniform, and initially set the dosage to 50ppm. The amine liquid is initially set for a 1ppm addition (adjust the metering additive pump to the corresponding scale, confirm with specific tests). 

Step Four

Based on the initial raw water treatment volume, the PAC dosing amount is set at 50ppm, with an adjustable dosing pump scaled to the corresponding size. The polyacrylamide dosing amount is initially set at 1ppm, with an adjustable dosing pump scaled to the corresponding size. 

Step Five

Water Adjustment 

(1) Close the air flotation machine's drain valve, sludge pipe valve, water valve (two valves lead to the original clear water pond), and the feed inlet valve.

（2) All other valves must be opened. 

(3) Fill the main unit with tap water. 

(4) Inspect the pond and associated pipelines for any leaks. 

Power on the main unit, initiating its rotation. 

(6) Open the air compressor, the pressure range for start and stop is 5-7 kg/cm². 

(7) Turn on the solution air pump of the dissolved air flotation machine. 

(8) Connect the gas source to the dissolution gas equipment and adjust the air intake of the flowmeter until the water in the pool turns milky white. 

(9) Water levels in the pond can be supplemented with fresh water accordingly.
