6-S Shaking Bed Overview
The 6-S Shaking Table is one of the main gravity separation equipment, widely used for separating tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, and other rare and precious metal ores, as well as coal. The 6-S Shaking Table can be used for roughing, cleaning, and scavenging operations, separating coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mud (-0.074) of different particle sizes. It can also be used for separating iron, manganese ores, and coal. When processing tungsten, tin ores, etc., the effective recovery particle size range of the shaking table is 2-0.022mm.
The ore dressing process of the shaker bed is conducted on an inclined bed surface with riffles. The ore particle group is fed into the bed from the feed trough at the top of the bed, while water is supplied for lateral flushing from the water trough. Under the influence of gravity, the force of lateral water flow, the reciprocating and asymmetric motion of the bed surface, as well as the inertia and friction, the ore particles are separated by specific gravity and particle size, and move longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. Consequently, ore particles with different specific gravities and particle sizes gradually flow in a fan shape from the A side to the B side along their respective movement directions, and are discharged from different zones at the concentrate end and tailings side. They are then separated into concentrate, middlings, and tailings.
6-S Shaking Table Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) has high ore ratio, high separation efficiency, easy to manage, and easy to adjust stroke. The bed surface can maintain operation balance even when changing the lateral slope and stroke. Springs are placed inside the box, the structure is compact, and both concentrate and tailings can be sequentially obtained.
