Cleanroom Bench

Cleanroom benches, also known as clean benches, are designed to meet the demand for cleanliness in local work areas across modern industries, optoelectronics, biology, and scientific research. They draw air into a pre-filter via a fan, then through a static pressure box into a high-efficiency filter for purification. The filtered air is then discharged in a vertical or horizontal airflow, achieving a 100-class clean environment to meet production requirements for cleanliness.

The clean bench is primarily categorized into horizontal and vertical laminar flow types. Depending on the operational structure, it can be either single-sided or double-sided operation. Additionally, it can be divided into general clean benches and biological clean benches based on its application. It's important to note that the clean bench differs from the biological safety cabinet; it primarily protects reagents and materials inside the bench from contamination, but does not protect the operator.

Cleanroom benches are widely used in fields such as sanitation, biology, food, scientific experiments, optics, electronics, aseptic laboratory experiments, aseptic microbial testing, and plant tissue culture inoculation. Additionally, they can be connected to form assembly production lines, offering advantages like low noise and mobility. When using a cleanroom bench, it's essential to turn on the UV lamp for sterilization in advance and clean the work surface after operation. Under no circumstances should the air inlet cover of the cleanroom bench face an open door or window to prevent affecting the lifespan of the filter.
