Purpose:
1. Understand the mechanical injuries robots can cause to humans.
2. Familiarize yourself with protective measures for equipment operation.
Note:
1. The moving parts of the equipment must be equipped with safety guards, protective grilles, railings, light grids, interlock devices, and other safety protection measures.
2. After the rotating equipment shuts down, it will continue to rotate due to inertia, posing a risk of injury from the robot at this time.
Process Design
1. Place the experience equipment in the designated area with an AC220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.
2. When preparing for the experience, turn on the toggle switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on. Wait for the device to complete initialization.
3. Press the start button, observe the robot in operation, experience the robot's collision damage, and learn about safety knowledge.
4. After the experience is complete, turn off the power to finish one person's session.
