Overview
Horizontal wet ball mill is a type of powder grinding equipment widely used in the field of powder processing, with a large number of applications and mature technology, demonstrating strong adaptability to working conditions.

Structural Features
A horizontally placed, hollow cylinder rotates around a horizontal axis. The cylinder contains grinding media and the material to be ground. As the cylinder rotates, the media and material are lifted, then fall under gravity to a certain height. The movement of the media crushes, frictionates, impacts, abrades, and shears the material, thereby reducing it to powder.
The horizontal wet ball mill is highly mature in both structure and process configuration; it is easy to operate, reliable, and adaptable to working conditions. It can perform dry, wet, or lubricated grinding, and can grind coarse, fine, or ultra-fine powders. The particle size range is approximately 5mm to 1um, capable of processing materials of various hardness levels, with alumina lining.
The machine is available with linings in nylon, stainless steel, alumina, manganese steel, etc., and can be equipped with a variable frequency speed control mechanism upon customer request.
