Product Overview

The single-cone screw mixer is commonly used for mixing, blending, and agitating powders, granular materials, pastes, or viscous substances. It can be equipped with a spray liquid spray system and can be designed to operate under vacuum, pressure, heating, or cooling conditions as per customer requirements, meeting various process conditions for material mixing and blending.

Primary Functions

Intensive mixing action, causing the material near the container wall to move upwards and the material at the center to move downwards.

Gently yet thoroughly mix the flowable materials, allowing for a large volume of material to be mixed in a short time.

Achieve high standards of mixing and uniformity.

Almost all materials can be cleaned out.

Optional Menu

Can be designed for vacuum or pressurized operation.

Equipped with hot and cold sandwich panels.

The top cover is designed in a封头structure as per customer requirements.

Sealing Devices: Standard packing seal, cage seal, mechanical seal.

Ball valves, butterfly valves, and gate valves are available for outlet valves.
