Product Overview
The mixer features stepless speed adjustment, including electromagnetic speed control, variable frequency speed control (such as for water-based coatings), and explosion-proof variable frequency speed control (such as for oil-based coatings). The stepless speed adjustment function fully meets the varying process requirements in different stages of the process, allowing for different speeds to be selected according to the specific process phase. It is not suitable for materials with high integrity requirements without additives. The working principle involves the high-speed mixing disk with a serrated circular shape in the mixer container, which rapidly disperses to complete the solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, disintegration, and stabilization processes.
The blender features a conical mixing chamber with a central rotating shaft. The shaft's speed generates centrifugal force to push the powder towards the inner wall of the chamber. The conical shape of the chamber then causes the powder to move upwards along the inner wall. The powder is then guided to the center of the blender by a unique lid and falls back to the bottom of the mixing chamber, restarting the mixing process anew.
