Product Overview

The gravity-free mixer is widely used in chemical, biological, and building materials fields, suitable for blending powders, granules, and fibers. It features mixing force and can achieve rapid blending in a short period, particularly adept at handling mixtures of materials with significant differences in physical properties such as density, fineness, and fluidity. The gravity-free mixer is prominently applied in electronic batteries, construction mortars, environmental protection industries, mining, and agriculture.

Working Principle

The gravity-free blending machine is equipped with two parallel shafts, each rotating in opposite directions. Cross-shaped blades are mounted on each shaft, which, under the synchronization of the drive unit, form intersecting paths and misaligned meshing. The drive unit drives the shafts to rotate rapidly, creating centrifugal force that effectively scatters the material upward into the cylinder. After reaching the highest point of the parabola (also known as the instantaneous zero-gravity state), the material falls. The material is then propelled by the blades, circulating and mixing within the cylinder, and is subjected to mixing, shearing, and separation due to the intermeshing space of the double shafts, resulting in quick and even blending of the material.
