Horizontal heating type helical ribbon mixer is widely used in chemical, food, building materials and other fields. It is suitable for processes such as mixing powders with powders, adding a small amount of liquid to mix powders, and mixing powders with granules.

Operating Principle
The horizontal heating type helical ribbon blender is primarily composed of a mixing tank, agitator, and drive unit. The agitator shaft, installed in the U-shaped tube tank, is wound with double helical ribbons in opposite directions. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by power, pushes the material from the center to both ends in a spiral pattern, creating a convectional mixing effect. The bottom center of the horizontal cylinder of the blender features an outlet, with the helical structure of the outer spiral ribbon, in sync with the rotation of the main shaft, driving the material inside the cylinder wall to the central outlet, ensuring there are no dead corners in the cylinder for material discharge.
