Press filter filter cloth

Press filter filter cloth is the core filtering component of the press filter, mainly used as the filtering medium in the solid-liquid separation process. It separates solid particles from the liquid through physical interception and adsorption. Press filter filter cloth can be classified by material into polyester, polypropylene, nylon, and so on, and by weaving method into monofilament, multifilament, and double-layer weaving, etc. Its characteristics include high filtration accuracy, good air permeability, acid and alkali resistance, and high tensile strength. It has a wide range of applications, such as water treatment, chemical industry, food processing, and mining.

During use, pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the filter cloth, regularly inspect the wear of the filter cloth to avoid reduced filtration efficiency due to cloth damage.

Operation steps include:

Ensure the filter cloth is flat and free of wrinkles during installation.

2. Check the filter cloth tension before operation, recommend controlling it between 0.5-0.7 MPa.

3. Regularly clean the filter cloth; it is recommended to clean it every 8 hours of operation.
