Bottom discharge valves are primarily used in operations at the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, and other containers. They are welded to the bottom of tanks via a bottom flange, effectively eliminating the residue issue of process medium at the container outlet. According to actual operating conditions, the bottom discharge structure is designed as a flat-bottom type, with the valve body in a V-shape, featuring both lifting and lowering valve disc operation modes.

The valve body cavity is equipped with abrasion and corrosion-resistant seals, which can protect the valve body from medium erosion and corrosion at the moment of valve opening. Additionally, the seals are treated specially to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56 - 62, offering high wear and corrosion resistance. The valve disc sealing is customized to the need, with all covers being surfacing welded with hard alloys. The sealing pair employs a linear seal form, ensuring reliable sealing while effectively preventing scab formation. Moreover, a short-travel valve disc design is adopted to further enhance valve performance. This valve is widely used in numerous industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, food processing, and offers various operation methods including manual, pneumatic (spring return, double-acting, with and without a handwheel), electric, hydraulic, and gear.
