I. Product Overview
DMZ973X, DMZ973F, DMZ973H, DMZ973Y, and DMZ973W electric submersible gate valves are a type of compact, short-structured, reliable-sealed, and long-lasting gate valves. They are primarily composed of the valve body, gate plate, valve cover, valve stem, and transmission mechanism. Their distinctive feature is the flat plate structure of the valve body, which is connected to the pipeline by a clamping method; the gate plate is a single gate design, sealing on one side with the valve body seat and forming a wedge-like contact on the opposite side, with the sealing surface perpendicular to the medium flow. This wedge-like contact structure includes wedge-shaped clamping blocks on the back of the sealing surface, with adjusting set screws at the corresponding positions on the other side of the valve body. This valve boasts several advantages, such as a short body structure and light weight, the seat sealing surface can prevent erosion by the medium, even pressure and tight fit of the sealing surface, and it can scrape off impurities like dust and tar from the seat sealing surface during closure, making it easy to drain. It is particularly suitable for use in gas pipelines containing dust or tar.
Electromagnetic knife gate valve equipped with a Z-type multi-revolution electric actuator, which controls the valve's opening and closing remotely by driving the valve plate to move vertically. Operators can remotely control the valve from the control room, manually operate it on-site, and also work in conjunction with computers for automatic control. Additionally, when using an intelligent regulating electric actuator to drive the valve, it can adjust the flow rate of the pipeline medium. The control and feedback signals use a 4-20mA DC analog signal.
Valve bodies are available in cast steel, stainless steel, and more, with a bore size range of DN50 to DN1400. They are suitable for temperatures from -30℃ to +600℃ and have a nominal pressure of 0.6 to 1.6 MPa. Common valve body materials include WCB cast steel and 304/304L/316/316L stainless steel.
