详情描述
During the operation of the valve, the selection of the output torque of the electric actuator depends on the torque required for opening and closing the valve. This torque value is typically determined by the user or selected by the valve manufacturer based on actual conditions. For the DQW overall regulating type angular position electric actuator, the manufacturer is only responsible for the output torque of the actuator.
The torque required for normal opening and closing of valves is influenced by various factors, with valve size and working pressure playing a crucial role. However, due to differences in processing accuracy and assembly techniques among different valve manufacturers, even valves of the same specification may require different torques for operation depending on the manufacturer. Additionally, valves of the same specification produced by the same manufacturer can also exhibit slight variations in torque.
If the torque of the electric actuator is selected too low during the selection process, the valve will not open or close properly, thereby affecting the operation of the entire system. Therefore, to ensure the normal operation of the valve, it is essential to determine a reasonable torque range when selecting the electric actuator.
