One, Medium Frequency Bending Machine

    1. Our factory independently developed three fully automatic CNC medium to large-size medium-frequency bending machines with proprietary intellectual property rights. Bending specifications: φ108mm to φ1500mm, wall thickness: 8mm to 120mm, bending radius ≥1.5D.

    2. Domestic private enterprises in China use a series inverter medium-frequency power supply for the medium-frequency bending machine, featuring energy-saving, no interference to the power grid, controllable frequency, stable output power, and small temperature difference in heat conduction between the inner and outer walls of thick-walled pipes (wall thickness over 40mm), with a temperature difference of ≤50℃.

    3. The bent pipe advancement employs a mechanical screw and nut drive, featuring a high thrust (over 500t), stable push speed, and full digital automatic control.

    4. The bending machine features a domestically exclusive automatic adjustment and control function for start and finish bending G curves, which can be calculated and controlled by computer based on different steel pipe specifications and materials. This ensures a smooth transition between start and finish bending without defects such as bubbles or necking.

    5. Unique induction heating transformer assembly with excellent strength and rigidity; unaffected by the electromagnetic force of induction heating during bending, ensuring stable heating of steel pipes.

Section 2: Medium Frequency Bending Process

    1. Our factory boasts decades of experience in medium-frequency bending, accumulating extensive expertise and developing a comprehensive package of process data for medium-frequency bending of steel pipes in various materials and specifications.

    2. Custom-built induction heaters for various materials and bending tube specifications, controlling the ellipticity of the bending process (≤5%) and wall thinning rate of the bending tube surface (≤12.5%), to ensure superior bending quality.

    3. Frequency bending process for special material steel pipes with mature technology, including stainless steel (duplex stainless steel), nickel-based alloy steel, and high-alloy steel (P91, P92), all with independent intellectual property rights.

    1. Medium frequency bending pipe specifications range from φ108 to φ1620, with bending radii of 1.5D to 10D.

    2. Tube Material: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel (including P91, P92), Stainless Steel, Double-Sided Stainless Steel, Nickel-Based Alloy Steel, etc.

    3. Our factory specializes in medium-frequency bending of stainless steel and alloy steel pipes with small radii (1.5D ≤ R ≤ 3D).
