The HC1018 Concrete 3D Printing Robot is an advanced intelligent construction equipment, suitable for the research of printable properties of cementitious composites like cement mortar and geopolymer, as well as for the refined printing of small building components and landscape decorations. The device integrates multidisciplinary technologies such as information technology, precision machinery, and materials science, comprising a printer main body, conveyor system, guide rail, software, material cylinder, and nozzle, etc. It is well-designed, feature-complete, and practical for use.

Supports print pause, position resume, and height printing functions.

Equipped with an independent mixing and conveying system for easy maintenance.

The robotic arm features a vertical multi-joint design with independent 6 degrees of freedom.

Conveyor System: HC1018-SS, featuring stepless speed control.

The system control software is fast in response, features a simple interface, and is easy to operate.

Self-developed 3D model slicing and printing path planning software, supporting various area filling schemes (concentric circles, zigzag loops, straight lines, grid patterns) etc.; compatible with multi-model, layered grouping slicing for different printing scenarios; features printing path optimization (path thinning, thickening, uniform point distribution).
