Cautionary Notes When Using Transformer Cabinets

Ensure that the voltages of all winding groups within the transformer cabinet remain consistent. The double-tapped transformer should have the same voltage supply, and when the impedance voltage is the same, two transformer cabinets should be operated in parallel, with strict control over the voltage supply.

During an outage of a transformer, the low-voltage side should be de-energized first, followed by the medium-voltage side, and then the high-voltage side. When re-energizing, the ground switch should be opened first, and then the discharge process should be initiated.

3. Ensure the maintenance of the transformer box. Firstly, wear insulating shoes and gloves when performing maintenance on the transformer box; secondly, clean the transformer box's exterior regularly and inspect for cracks or signs of aging in the wiring; finally, to ensure a good ventilation environment for the transformer box, clean the surrounding accessories on a regular basis.

When installing and maintaining the transformer box, all interfaces, screws, and terminal connections should be strictly checked for tightness.
