Stainless steel leak plug tubes are essential specialized equipment for emergency leak plugging. They feature a wide range of pipe diameter adaptability, large plugging area, easy installation, reusability, excellent sealing performance, and vibration resistance.


Section 1: Leak Sealing Instructions:


Applicable pipe diameter: 12-100mm

Section II: Usage Instructions


First, clean off the rust and adhering matter around the pipeline leak point, ensuring the pipeline surface is as smooth and flat as possible.


2. Determine the leak seal sleeve model based on the diameter of the plugging pipe.


3. On the pipeline, butter or talcum powder was used as a lubricant in the 1930s.


4. Wrap the leak-stopping sleeve around the pipe, centered on the leak point, while gently tapping the casing with a wooden hammer and gradually tightening the bolts evenly.


5. When the casing is too large, a rubber lining can be inserted inside the casing to ensure a tight fit with the pipeline.
