Function and Application:

For tanker trucks, liquid container vehicles, large storage tanks, and oil storage facilities, etc.

Technical Specifications:

No need for any tension bands, circular sealing gaskets are used to vacuum-seal leakage areas, with liquid drained through a drainage box. Seal and purposefully drain hazardous substances through the drainage box. Circular design for optimal drainage effect, diameter 200mm. Vacuum nozzle is small yet sturdy. High-quality steel connector. The surface of the leakage container cannot exceed 45 degrees, the drainage pipe should always be open, and the pressure at the leakage point cannot exceed 3 bars. Close the valve when the low-pressure gauge is adjusted to 8 bars.

Operation Procedure:

1. Connect the drain valve, drain pipe, and suction pad separately.

2. Attach the pressure reducer to the air breathing apparatus (self-provided), open the pressure adjustment handle, and then connect the other end of the reducer to the connecting pipe.

3. Connect the other end of the pipe to the intake port at the bottom of the drainage pipe, then place the suction cup at the required leak sealing location and attach the exhaust pipe; open the air breathing cylinder valve and adjust the pressure reducer's low-pressure gauge.

4. Airflow through the exhaust pipe flows out, creating a negative pressure that holds the suction cup to the drum, achieving the purpose of draining.
