Metallic Compensator

Metallic expansion joints are flexible components that can expand and contract freely during operation. They feature a compact structure, reliable performance, low cost, and high versatility, offering vibration resistance, dust resistance, and misalignment prevention. Primarily used in the flue gas systems of power plant boilers, they are also suitable for similar smoke connection pipelines in metallurgy, chemical industries, and other fields. They can be designed to absorb one-way thermal displacement as single expansion joints according to different requirements, or used in pairs to absorb three-directional thermal displacement in space, making them an indispensable and crucial component for ensuring the reliable operation of pipelines.
Metallic compensators are used for conveying gases or dusty gases, with operating pressure ranging from vacuum to 0.1 Mpa, and operating temperature from -40°C to 420°C. They are designed for rectangular cross-section flue, ventilation, and blower pipelines, serving as displacement compensation and vibration reduction.
When purchasing metal compensators, the technical parameters required from the customer are:
1. Rectangular pipe fitting dimensions (Length x Width mm)
2. Operating Parameters: a. Design Pressure b. Design Temperature c. Flowing Medium
3. Product types, wave shapes and wave counts; provide compensation amount if necessary (especially when there is lateral displacement).
4. Product length, pre-stretch requirement
5. Connection Type: If flanged connection, please provide the flange size or note flange matching supply.
6. All general products come with an inner tube; please specify if an inner tube is not required.
7. If there are special requirements for the selection of parts and materials, as well as for product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging, please specify them accordingly.
