Air ventilation butterfly valves are used in dust-containing cold or hot air gas pipelines for ventilation and environmental protection projects in industries such as chemicals, building materials, power stations, and glass. They serve as pipeline control devices for regulating gas flow or cutting off the gas medium. These valves are generally installed horizontally within the pipeline.
Structural Features:
Designed and manufactured with a new structural form using mid-line butterfly plates and short structural steel plates welded together, it features a compact structure, light weight, easy installation, low flow resistance, high flow capacity, and is unaffected by high-temperature expansion, with easy operation.

Usage:
A ventilation butterfly valve is a non-sealed type of butterfly valve, widely used on pipelines with a nominal pressure of 0.1Mpa and medium temperatures ≤300℃ in the production processes of building materials, metallurgy, mining, and electricity. It is used for connecting, opening, or regulating the flow of the medium.
Operating Principle:
The ventilation butterfly valves are available in manual and electric drive types. They can be powered by an electric motor or turbine to drive the actuator, allowing the butterfly plate to rotate freely within a 90° range for the purpose of opening, closing, or adjusting the flow rate of the medium.
