1、Utilizing a new domestic high-power transmission mechanism, the main drive shaft is powered by a sprocket chain, eliminating the errors and noise associated with other gear transmissions.

2Electrical appliances utilize imported control systems, allowing for the configuration of material shortage compensation devices and particle detection and removal systems (Omrone sensors) according to customer requirements. Imported variable frequency speed controllers are used.

3The entire machine is composed of segmented assembly:PVCForming, material filling, and heat-sealing are combined into one segment, while tropical aluminum cold forming, heat-sealing, and cutting can be packaged separately.

4Utilizing photoelectric control system,PVC、PTPTropical aluminum packaging automatic feeding and waste edge automatic punch cutting devices ensure synchronization stability over long distances and multi-station operations.

5Available with optional photoelectric detection and calibration device, equipped with imported stepper motor drive, graphic-to-plate printing and packaging, and optimized packaging grade.
