Operation and Precautions for the Drying Machine

Operation Method:
Open the dryer's feed door, place the dried fabric into the drum, then close and lock the door.
2. Select the appropriate time and turn the timer knob to the desired position.
Press the start or dry button to activate the drum and exhaust fan, initiating the normal drying process.
During the drying process, it is essential to frequently observe the fabric being dried through the observation window, and to immediately disconnect the power supply in the event of an emergency.
5. Immediately stop the machine when a malfunction occurs, identify the cause of the fault, and promptly rectify it.
 

Please note the following precautions when in use:
The feeding door must be closed and locked before starting the machine. After the machine stops running, the door should then be opened to remove the fabric to prevent any accidents.
Regularly clean the exhaust fan filter to maintain normal air extraction.
3. Steam dryer: Pay regular attention to maintaining steady pressure and ensuring the drain valve is clear.
4. Electric heating units should be properly grounded during operation due to the use of energy-efficient heating elements, and their grounding equipment must comply with national standards.
