The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard gear surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by our company using international advanced standards and our decades of product trial production experience. It selects equipment according to the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. It is suitable for unit matching with high-speed (reduction) gearboxes for steam turbines, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalytic energy recovery, oxygen generators, balancing machines, civil test benches, and other equipment.

The product features the following technical characteristics:

High RPM: The product has a high RPM of 30,000 rpm.

2. High specification: Large center distance of 1000mm, high power up to 96,000 kW.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy up to ISO 4-5, dynamic balance accuracy up to ISO 0.4-1.6.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy to ISO 1328. Gear strength to AGMA 421-420. Gearbox design inspection to API 613-1988, heat treatment of gear material to ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection to API 670, lubrication system standard to API 614.

5. High Technology: Products incorporate 3D CAD design, finite element analysis, tooth profile heat elastic deformation modification, root shot peening strengthening process, and shaft system dynamic analysis, among other new research achievements of the company.

6. High Reliability: Gearbox design life exceeds 20 years.
