The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard tooth surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by our company according to international advanced standards and utilizing decades of product trial production experience. It is selected with equipment, adhering to the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. Suitable for turbine sets, gas generators, centrifugal and axial fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalyst energy recovery, oxygen generators, balancing machines, and civil test benches, etc., for matching speed increasing (or decreasing) gearboxes.

High rotational speed: The product has a high rotational speed of 30,000 rpm.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy reaches ISO 4-5 levels, dynamic balance accuracy reaches ISO 0.4-1.6.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy to ISO 1328. Gear strength to AGMA 421-420. Gearbox design inspection to API 613-1988. Gear material heat treatment to ISO 6336-1996. Vibration inspection to API 670. Lubrication system to API 614.
