NGMBY Series Edge Drive Reducer

Technical Specifications:

The NGMBY series of edge drive reducers are primarily used in ball mills for cement grinding, coal grinding, and other applications. The reducers comply with the ISO 1328-1995 standard and feature the following technical characteristics:

1. Employed a high-reliability and durable lifespan design.

2. The NGMBY series edge drive reducer utilizes single-stage reduction, with the small gear in an integral design and the large gear in a modular assembly.

3. All gears are made of alloy steel, with manufacturing using carburizing and quenching process.

4. Gear accuracy is high, not less than ISO 1328-1995 6th grade precision requirements.

5. Select a working condition factor of 2.0 or higher for increased gear load-bearing capacity.

All rolling bearings have a lifespan of over 100,000 hours.

7. Smooth transmission, low noise, and long service life.

Gear and bearings are lubricated under forced lubrication, equipped with a dedicated oil station, which can be interfaced with standard oil station products.
