High-speed Shift Gearbox

The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard tooth surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by our company, adhering to international advanced standards and utilizing decades of product trial production experience. It is equipped with selected machinery and is produced under the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. This gearbox is suitable for turbine sets, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalytic energy recovery systems, oxygen generators, balancing machines, civil test benches, and other units requiring an increase or decrease in speed.

The product features the following technical characteristics:

High-speed Rotation: The product features a high rotation speed of 30,000 rpm.

2. High specification: Large center distance of 1000mm, high power up to 96,000 kW.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy up to ISO 4-5 grade, dynamic balance accuracy up to ISO 0.4-1.6.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy standard ISO 1328, gear strength standard AGMA 421-420, gearbox design inspection standard API 613-1988, gear material heat treatment ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection standard API 670, lubrication system standard API 614.

5. High Technology: Products incorporate 3D CAD design, finite element analysis, modification of tooth shape due to thermal elastic deformation, shot peening for root strengthening, and dynamic analysis of the shaft system, among other new research achievements of our company.
