High precision helical gears

The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard gear surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by the company using international advanced standards and decades of product trial production experience. It employs equipment selected according to the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. It is suitable for use with turbine generators, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalyst energy recovery systems, oxygen generators, balancing machines, civil testing stands, and other equipment sets for increasing or decreasing the speed of gearboxes.

The product features the following technical characteristics:

High RPM: The product features a high RPM of 30,000 rpm.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy up to ISO 4-5, dynamic balance accuracy up to ISO 0.4-1.6.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy standard ISO 1328, gear strength standard AGMA 421-420, gearbox design inspection standard API 613-1988, gear material heat treatment ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection standard API 670, lubrication system standard API 614.
