High-speed reducer

The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard tooth surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by our company using international advanced standards and decades of product trial production experience. It selects equipment according to the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. It is suitable for matching high-speed (reduction) gearboxes with various units such as steam turbines, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalyst energy recovery systems, oxygen generators, balancing machines, civil testing benches, and more.

The product features the following technical characteristics:

1. High-speed Rotation: The product features a high rotation speed of 30,000 rpm.

2. High specification: Large center distance of 1000mm, with a high power output of 96,000 kW.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy up to ISO 4-5 level, dynamic balance accuracy up to ISO 0.4-1.6.

4. High Standards: Gear precision in accordance with ISO 1328. Gear strength as per AGMA 421-420. Gearbox design inspection to API 613-1988. Gear material heat treatment to ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection to API 670, lubrication system standard API 614.

5. High Technology: Products incorporate 3D CAD design, finite element analysis, modification of tooth shape due to thermal elastic deformation, shot peening for root reinforcement, and dynamic analysis of the shaft system, among other newly developed company research achievements.

6. High Reliability: Gearbox design life exceeds 20 years.
