High-speed fan speed-increasing gear box

The NGZGS series is a high-precision hobbed gear box designed and manufactured using international advanced standards and the company's decades of product prototyping experience. It employs state-of-the-art equipment and is produced in accordance with the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. This gear box is suitable for various applications such as turbine generators, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalyst energy recovery systems, oxygen generators, balancing machines, and civil test stands, where it can be used to increase or decrease speed for machine sets.

The product features the following technical characteristics:

High-speed rotation: The product features a high rotation speed of 30,000 rpm.

2. High specification: Large center distance of 1000mm, with a high power output of 96,000 kW.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy reaches ISO 4-5 level, dynamic balance accuracy reaches ISO 0.4-1.6.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy to ISO 1328, gear strength to AGMA 421-420. Gearbox design inspection to API 613-1988, heat treatment of gear material to ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection to API 670, lubrication system standard to API 614.

5. High Technology: Products feature 3D CAD design, finite element analysis, modification of tooth shape due to thermal elastic deformation, shot peening reinforcement of the root, and dynamic analysis of the shaft system—new research achievements of our company.
