High-speed gearbox with one inlet and three outlets

The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard tooth surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by our company using international advanced standards and decades of product trial production experience. It selects equipment and follows the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. This gearbox is suitable for turbine sets, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalyst energy recovery, oxygen generators, balancing machines, and civil test benches, where it can be used for increasing or decreasing the speed of the sets.

The product features the following technical characteristics:

High-speed rotation: The product has a high rotation speed of 30,000 rpm.

2. High specification: Large center distance of 1000mm, with a high power of up to 96,000 kW.

3. High Precision: Gear accuracy up to ISO 4-5, dynamic balance accuracy up to ISO 0.4-1.6.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy to ISO 1328, gear strength to AGMA 421-420. Gearbox design inspection to API 613-1988, heat treatment of gear materials to ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection to API 670, lubrication system standard to API 614.

5. High Technology: Products incorporate 3D CAD design, finite element analysis, modification of tooth profile due to thermal elastic deformation, shot peening for root strengthening, and dynamic analysis of the shaft system, among other cutting-edge research achievements of our company.
