Right-angle high-speed gearbox

The NGZGS series is a high-precision hard tooth surface high-speed gearbox designed and manufactured by our company using international advanced standards and applying decades of product trial production experience. It is selected with equipment, following the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and import procedures. It is suitable for matching speed increasing (or decreasing) gearboxes with various units such as steam turbines, gas generators, centrifugal and axial flow fans, blowers, compressors, high and low-pressure pumps, cracking catalyst energy recovery systems, oxygen generators, balancing machines, and civil testing benches.

High-speed Rotation: The product features a high rotation speed of 30,000 rpm.

4. High Standards: Gear accuracy standard ISO 1328. Gear strength standard AGMA 421-420. Gearbox design inspection standard API 613-1988, gear material heat treatment ISO 6336-1996, vibration inspection standard API 670, lubrication system standard API 614.

5. High Technology: Products incorporate 3D CAD design, finite element analysis, shaping for tooth shape thermal elastic deformation, shot peening for root reinforcement, and dynamic analysis of the shaft system, among other new research achievements from our company.
