How to Implement the ISO9001 Quality Management System

The ISO9001 Quality Assurance Standard (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard") outlines 20 requirements for implementing organizations, including management responsibilities, quality systems, contract review, etc. The 19th requirement is "Service," which stipulates that "…the supplier shall establish and maintain documented procedures for the implementation, verification, and reporting of services…" This refers to after-sales service provided by the product supplier after the sale, such as implementing three guarantees and on-site repairs, which must be carried out according to customer requirements. In our diagnoses of some companies, we found that many have established large-scale after-sales service departments, but due to not integrating them with "the Standard," the companies have invested a lot of financial and material resources yet have not received the expected returns.

Our products have now earned the customers' praise, leading the company to win a major industry bidding event in Chengdu.
