Product Introduction:

The Automatic Dry Powder Mortar Production Line is independently researched and manufactured by Zhengzhou Guoheng Machinery. It has an annual output of around 20,000 to 50,000 tons, mainly consisting of an efficient mixing system, material storage system, conveying system, hoisting system, weighing system, blending waiting system, packaging system, dust removal system, material level control system, alarm system, air compressor system, and complete machine control system.
The automatic dry powder mortar production line typically utilizes 3-6 raw material tanks, with two large tanks for storing main ingredients like sand and cement, and the rest are for additives and other minor materials. The raw materials are lifted into the small tanks using a bucket elevator. A clever material distribution system supports the operation of a single bucket elevator, thereby preventing resource waste. The measurement system, in conjunction with the measuring spiral, transfers the raw materials from the storage bins to the measuring bin, achieving material measurement through sensor data feedback. After measurement, the materials are conveyed to the main bucket elevator via a screw conveyor and lifted to the upper mixing bin of the mixer. The mixing bin is of an air-operated large door type, allowing for quick placement of the materials into the gravity-free mixer, enabling continuous production of dry powder mortar.
The automatic dry powder mortar production line utilizes a twin-shaft gravity-free mixer, which offers a rapid mixing speed, typically achieving uniform mixing in 2-3 minutes, with a high production capacity. The mixed finished product is swiftly transferred through an air-assisted quick door to the finished product storage silo for buffering and storage. The finished product silo is connected to the packaging machine via a flexible connection for measurement and packaging. For users with particularly high production volumes, a belt conveyor can be added after the packaging machine to directly transport the finished products to the finished product area or directly onto trucks.
