Product Features of Underground Water Tank:
The ZWBF series water tanks are versatile in usage: They are not suitable for domestic water supply but can be used for fire protection purposes. Additionally, they are not limited to ground-level water supply but can also be employed for high-rise rooftop water supply.
High strength: The tank is molded with reinforced grooves and surfaces on both the connecting and weak surfaces, reducing the deformation of the entire tank and resulting in a smooth visual appearance.
Sealed Reinforcement: The water tank connection area now features a circular reinforced waterproof groove, which not only improves the connection rigidity of the mechanical interface but also enhances the water resistance of the rubber strip.
Longevity: The ZWBF series of焊接-free stainless steel water tanks utilizes S30408 stainless steel or high-composite stainless steel sheets, featuring焊接-free mechanical connections. Water-tight rubber strips are securely clamped within reinforced grooves to block light or oxidation, significantly extending the lifespan of the焊接-free stainless steel water tanks.
Excellent shock resistance: The tank panel utilizes a combination of rounded corner streamlined shape and elastic shock-absorbing pads, with reinforcing rods evenly placed at the four corners and at the center of the joints. The mating surface features waterproof grooves and clamps to prevent water leakage, eliminating the need for full tightening. The flexibility increases when the tank is filled with water or subjected to external forces, and it can return to its original state once the external force is removed, preventing plastic deformation of the tank body under external forces.
Easier Construction: The stainless steel tank panels without welding are pressure-strengthened, allowing for reduced material thickness, easier transportation, and quick installation. Additionally, the connection surfaces feature reinforced waterproof grooves, thereby eliminating water leakage issues in welded tanks and BDF stainless steel tanks.
