◆ Composite steel grating panels are a product consisting of steel grating with certain cross-carrying capacity and embossed patterned boards for a sealed surface.
◆ After hot-dip galvanized treatment, composite steel grating may undergo warping and deformation due to heat, especially for larger sizes. It is difficult to level, so please pay attention to the selection of size.
◆ Composite steel grating commonly uses Series 3 steel grating as the base, Series 1 or Series 2 can also be used; patterned steel grating typically uses 3mm thick plates, 4mm, 5mm, or 6mm plates can also be selected.

◆ A double mesh panel is formed by welding a steel mesh to the front or bottom surface of a steel grating, preventing small items from falling out. The use of double mesh panels in grain silos, restaurants, and warehouses can prevent entry of small animals such as rats.
◆ The composite mesh panel is made with steel grating as the base, and different types of steel meshes can be selected.
Installation Method
◆ Directly weld steel grating or tread plates to the supporting steel structure, and apply two coats of zinc-rich primer paint to the weld joints.
◆ Available upon request, stainless steel installation clamps or bolt connections for secure fastening.
The spacing for steel grating installation is generally 100mm.
◆ Be sure to install securely and reliably; regular inspections are required to prevent the installation clamps from loosening and falling off, and焊接 near vibrating steel grating or adding rubber pads.
