1 Manual welding involves using spot welders to weld and secure the grille material, which is arranged according to molds. Generally, the cost is low. The welds are quite strong.

2 Machine welding utilizes a high-voltage resistance welding machine, with a robotic arm automatically placing the crossbar horizontally on evenly arranged flat steel bars. It then welds the crossbar into the flat steel using powerful welding power and hydraulic pressure. This process adds an extra step compared to manual welding, and a large-scale pressure welding machine can cost several tens of thousands of dollars, making the cost relatively high. While it looks aesthetically pleasing, it is not very sturdy. As a result, most people opt for manual welding.
