Construction issues with dust suppression net

The overall requirements for the construction of windbreak and dust suppression nets are to ensure no wind leakage and strictly follow the ventilation standards and design construction as outlined in the "Coal Mine Safety and Quality Standardization Standards," generally using non-flammable materials such as bricks and stone.

The specifications are as follows: The thickness of the windbreak wall must be above 0.5 meters, the depth of the excavation around the coal tunnel must be over 0.5 meters, and the depth of the excavation around the solid rock tunnel must exceed 0.2 meters. When the coal is soft, the depth of the excavation around the perimeter should not be less than 1.0 meter. During the construction of the wall, the vertical joints should be evenly staggered, and the horizontal joints should be kept at the same level. All gaps should be neatly aligned. The windbreak wall surface should be smooth, and the gaps between bricks and rubble should be filled with mortar. The core of the wall should be filled layer by layer with mortar. For tunnels with dripping water, a reverse pool or reverse pipeline should be installed, ensuring unobstructed water flow and no air leakage. The height of the reverse pool or pipeline at the entrance and exit of the windbreak wall should be determined based on the pressure difference inside and outside the wall, ensuring that water emerging from within the wall does not soak the windbreak, while also ensuring no air leakage from the reverse pool or pipeline.

After the windbreak wall is constructed, inspect the support of the tunnel in front of the windbreak wall. In case of inadequate support, re-erect the棚 or reinforce with anchor rods. Ensure the帮顶 is securely braced. Clean up all remaining construction materials promptly and set up barriers, no entry signs, construction instructions signs, and windbreak wall inspection signs.
